This is The Best Long-Term Finance Program

I have been using this application for a few years now, and I have to say that I have already saved hundreds, and I will save thousands (and I am not exaggerating here) of dollars in the long run. While the program is complex (it takes a bit to get used to all of the fields and functions), once I got the hang how to use Debtinator, it was a snap. The app does not crash, is accurate in calculating my payments with interest, and shows me how my financial health is at any point in time (including the future).

The basic presime is this: if you are juggling, for example, a mortgage, a couple of car payments, student loans, and a few credit cards (like most of us) then this will show you exactly what to pay, and when, so that you are able to pay the least amount of interest in the long run. When I bought my house, I was prepared, due to a large amount of debt that I am carrying, to not retire until well into the future. Not anymore - I know the exact date that I will be debt-free, and I can adjust as needed.

Again, fantastic, easy-to use, and critical to my financial health.
